This is an oppurtunity!  The ram lamb we will be consigning is our most exciting ram lamb this year!  He is a maternal brother to both "Red Label" (pictured) and "Baby Doll".  His mother is the 2007 Reserve National Champion Ewe.  This is her third lamb.  Her first is "Baby Doll" our 2 time Missouri State Fair Champion Ewe and NAILE Class winner (as a ewe lamb) and 2nd place Early Yearling Ewe.  Her second lamb, "Red Label" won Missouri State Fair last year as a lamb, and was Reserve Champion at NAILE.  Bottle Baby is easily the best female in our flock and this is a rare opputunity to purchase her son.  He is only available because we have "Red Label" and wanted to offer these genetics to some other producers.

The sire of this ram, "Evolution" is a tightly bred "Willy" grandson we leased from Kelly Stumpe.  His sire, "Primtime", won the National Sale in 2008 and was purchased by Garey Tunis.  "Primetime" has been hard at work for them, making some really exceptional sheep.  Most everyone knows of "Willy" the sire of so many of Stumpe's Champions.  

A lot of people have been dying to get their hands on a "Willy" ram....why not get one damed by one of the best females in production?

This ewe is the most extended ewe in our group this year.  A flashy, well built female with a lot of eye appeal.  She is line bred tight and should make a very interesting brood ewe.  Her sire is also a 4328 son.  He was 1st place yearling ram at last year's Missouri State Fair.  Dam, 4328, has a show lamb every year.  Check back later this week for pictures.

This ewe was third place in the slick shorn ewe lamb class at 2009 NAILE.  She is a very correct female with excellent feet and legs and good color.  Her mom is won of our biggest framed Bartholomew ewes.  She is a paternal sister to "Red Label".  Our yearlings will be from the same genetics and quality and our two yearling ewe class winners and our 2nd place yearling ewe at 2009 NAILE.

A very up headed ewe with flash.  Shown only once and was 6th of 20 at the National Tunis Show @ KILE in 2009.  She'll be ready to show this summer.  Hotis 108 was Reserve Champion @ NAILE in 2004 and Darling 711 was always shown in a Slick Shorn class and always finished in the top 3.

Late ewe sired by "Prime Time" the 2007 National Champion Ram at Wooster.  She is damed by a Kleman "Kimmy" daughter.  Probably the the darkest colored ewe we have ever raised.

We have not yet decided which ewe lambs we will be consigning.  But the lambs will be of similar genetics and quality to the Champion Pen of Four lambs as pictured above and our Champion Flock at NAILE in 2009.  Lambs will be sired by "Red Label", "Evolution" or "JethRRoe" 2007 National Champion Ram.  Our lambs at NAILE this past year included - Reserve Champion Ram and 2nd place Feb Ram Lamb, 1st Place March Ram Lamb, 3rd Slick Shorn Ewe Lamb, and Champion Flock.
